Unified Hotel Establishments¶
This data product is available for any market or country globally
Dotlas maintains a unified collection of hotel Points-of-Interest (PoIs) aggregated from multiple online and offline sources, linked together into a single-source-of-truth hospitality dataset. This dataset merges and enriches records from OTA platforms (like Booking.com, Expedia), official directories, brand websites, licensing registries, and proprietary field research using advanced entity resolution and deduplication techniques.
Each hotel property is matched across sources using geospatial coordinates, name similarity, brand metadata, and contextual signals—resulting in a high-confidence, non-redundant view of physical lodging establishments and their associated details.
The outcome is a ready-to-use collection of hotel profiles with standardized attributes including amenities, room types, pricing, guest policies, and star ratings.
